/01 EXPERIENCE

We’ve built serious
software before.

ReBilt is built on firsthand experience taking a complex business problem and turning it into production software.

/01 FOUNDER EXPERIENCE

A PRODUCTION SOFTWARE PRODUCT

Foresight

Before starting ReBilt, founder Ethan Cusumano designed, built, and launched Foresight, a production financial planning and analysis platform for growing businesses.

Foresight was Ethan’s own product, not a ReBilt client engagement. Building it required the same fundamental work behind a successful custom software project: understanding a complicated business problem, determining what the software actually needs to accomplish, and turning that into a real production application.

The work went beyond writing code. It included product design, software development, testing, deployment, maintenance, security, and the practical decisions involved in taking software from an idea to something people can actually use.

/02 WHAT PRODUCTION REQUIRES

More than writing code.

Building production software means making hundreds of decisions beyond whether a feature works. Foresight required product design, application architecture, authentication, data modeling, billing, security, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing iteration after real people began using it.

That experience matters because launching software is only part of the job. It also has to remain reliable, secure, maintainable, and usable after launch.

What’s not working?

Maybe it’s a process your team hates. A spreadsheet that’s become way too important. Hours of repetitive work. Software that almost does what you need. Or something you know should work better, but you’re not sure what the solution looks like.

You don’t need to have the answer. Start with the problem.

Tell us what’s not workingNo technical specification required. No obligation to build anything. We’ll start by understanding the problem.
